Grilled London Broil
This grilled London broil is marinated in a savory balsamic and soy mixture, then seared hot and fast for a tender, flavorful result.
Slice it thin against the grain for an easy main dish that works for weeknights or gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Bravo Steaks London broil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper.
Add the Bravo Steaks London broil and marinate at least 4 hours or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove from the fridge and set the steak out for 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Place steak on the grill and cook about 1 minute per side, flipping frequently to develop a good sear.
Continue flipping every minute until internal temperature reaches about 125–130°F for medium rare.
Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes.
Slice very thin against the grain and serve.
NOTES
Slicing against the grain is key for tenderness.
Do not overcook; London broil is best at medium rare.
Leftover London Broil is AMAZING. It’s great for sandwiches, salads, or grain bowls.
