Grilled Herby Lamb Burgers

The Grilled Herby Lamb Burger layers bold garlic and coriander with a refreshing hint of mint—bringing balance, depth, and brightness to every bite. It’s simple, clean, and packed with fresh herb flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground lamb

  • 3 cloves of fresh minced garlic or 2 tsp garlic powder for milder flavor

  • ½ cup finely diced red onion or 2 tbsp dried onion flakes for milder flavor

  • 4 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

  • 1 tbsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

    HERBY GARLIC AIOLI

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.

  2. Form into 3–4 patties.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill patties 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

  5. Serve hot with Herby Garlic Aioli on toasted buns or greens.

    HERBY GARLIC AIOLI:

    In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Use as a spread for lamb burgers or as a dipping sauce.

NOTES

Depending on your personal flavor preference, choose freshly minced garlic and red onion for bold, punchy flavors, or you can opt for garlic powder and dried onion flakes for a milder version!
